Preparing to visit from abroad or another region
A few things to consider before booking.
Tell us during your consultation
- Arrival, departure or travel dates
- When you can return and your access to care after going home
- Your language needs and whether you need an accompanying adult or transport support
Helpful items to prepare
- Previous treatment records, images and a medication list
- Your travel schedule to discuss with the clinic
Questions to ask
- After diagnosis, how will visits, recovery and follow-up appointments be planned?
- How can I confirm language support availability, costs and follow-up care after returning home?
Contact us before booking flights or accommodation.
Whether all treatment can be completed during a short stay cannot be confirmed before diagnosis. Discuss number of visits, recovery time, prosthesis fabrication, and re-visit possibilities with the clinician first.
- Visit planning
Tell us your arrival and departure dates, where you will stay and when you can return.
- Existing treatment records
Prepare lists of current medications, systemic diseases/allergies, previous treatment records and images if available. Check passport/ID and insurance documents as well.
- Treatment and recovery
Implants, bone grafting, and sedation treatments require assessment and recovery. Follow individualized guidance about when flying, driving, and resuming daily activities is possible after treatment.
- Care after returning home
Confirm the need for follow-up visits, how to contact us for emergency symptoms, and the need for coordination with local healthcare providers.
Confirm language support, caregiver, and mobility environment in advance
Interpretation or foreign-language treatment is not guaranteed. Tell us needed languages and assistance before booking. Do not post health data on public boards or general inquiry windows.
Planning a visit from abroad
Please contact the clinic before booking travel. Bring your medication list and previous dental records. Treatment visits, recovery time and fitness to fly depend on clinical assessment. Same-day completion and interpreter availability are not guaranteed.
Visit and interpretation support requests
Tell us your preferred date and language. The clinic will contact you after checking availability and costs. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or interpreter.
